INK offers CRMV ONLINE a rapid, effective and confortable way
To help clients, since we understood the need of confort and the short time they may allot to insurances, we launched starting from November 15^th 2005 an internet page exlusivelly dedicated to the CRMV insurances – Compulsory Insurance of Civil Responsibility for Motor Vehicles where we posted the CRMV tarrifs practiced by most of the insurance companies in Romania authorized to make this type of insurance. The method is simple: by accessing the page www.rca2006.ro the potential client fills in the minimal informationand opts for either for an INK sales agent should come to them or to have the insurance sent by mail by transferring money in one of the INK accounts, or they want to come to INK headquarters. They do not pay more for this, the insurance cost depending on the client’s choice. As for this compulsory insurance we would like to make a couple of specifications. Thus the CRMV insurance is up to now the only compulsory insurance imposed by the Romanian state. This insurance is made for all motor vehicles registered or submitted to registration in Romania except for the trailers, semitrailers and trailer coaches. The insurance premia are paid also for each specimen copy. So, just because it is a compulsory insurance, INK wants to simplify as much as possible the conclusion procedures, the clients saving thus time and money.

The first insurance policies were signed in ink at Lloyd’s, at the time when insurers warranted with their personal fortunes. This signature in ink was the guarantee of the contracts abided by and the protection of the insurable interest.

The insurance broker is the legal person that mediates the relations between the potential insured persons and the insurance companies. The broker is the specialized partner that has detailed and updated information on the market, offers counseling and is in the position to offer a complete product that might cover fully the insurable interest in case of occurrence of an unwanted incident. The broker is the specialist in insurances that represents the insured person in their relation with the insurance company. The client pays for the insurance at most the same sum that they would pay by going directly to an insurance company because the broker is remunerated through commission by the insurance company.

Our present portfolio is represented in proportion of 85% by persons and 10% by natural persons. As a component of the group of companies Romstal, Romstal Imex being the majority shareholder, INK wants to be close to clients. To this purpose, we will open 6 subsidiaries and we will continue next years by exploiting the present network of the group Romstal.
